As a real estate investment salesperson, you will be responsible for the following tasks: - Proposing properties to customers through inquiries from various portal sites and attracting participants to seminars. - Responding to inquiries (phone and email). Making proposals based on desired conditions, budget, and financial planning. - Introducing "Family Apartment Investment" at seminars. - Providing information and simulations for property investment for asset management, loan screenings, and explanations of important contractual obligations for buying and selling. Qualifications: - Experience in real estate sales (preferred applicants include those with experience in real estate brokerage, real estate buying, and purchasing land for detached homes in Tokyo). - Japanese language skills at a business level (JLPT N1), and proficiency in Chinese (standard). - Possession of a driver's license, real estate transaction specialist, and financial planning skills at level 2 or higher. - Ability to work full-time. Salary: Monthly salary of 300,000 yen or more, basic salary from 229,230 yen, including fixed overtime pay from 70,770 yen. Bonuses and separate incentives available. Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Holidays: 124 days a year with a complete two-day weekend system (Wednesdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
